Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick joined the Los Angeles Rams as Chief Marketing officer in 2021. In this role, she is responsible for defining and cultivating the Rams brand, and serving as a key member in shaping the experiences and value proposition of the new SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District. Frederick is creating a modern L.A. entertainment experience for the next generation of fans heading into her third season with the team.
